Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping email with tracking details.

Delivery

UK Orders: Allow 3-5 working days. All orders are tracked. For queries, contact us at contact@spinneyknitwear.com.

International Orders: Contact us before ordering to discuss options.

Returns

We want to ensure that you are happy with your jumper so if you have any issues please don't hesitate to get in touch.

If you would like to exchange your jumper for a different size or colour, contact us and we will do our best to find you your perfect fit.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, at the buyer's expense, and must be in original packaging, unworn, with tags attached, addressed to the following:
